(Parte 1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El Producto M\u00ednimo Viable o (PMV) es, por decirlo de forma muy sencilla, la mejor forma de &#8220;no meter demasiado la pata&#8221; cuando lanzas tu producto.<\/strong><br \/>\nEste concepto que se escucha much\u00edsimo y es fundamental si eres un startup, pero tambi\u00e9n es clave en multinacionales que quieren lanzar nuevos productos al mercado.<br \/>\nPara lanzar un nuevo producto se necesita mucho trabajo de desarrollo, pero tambi\u00e9n mucho trabajo y tiempo para comprobar que realmente existe una necesidad en el mercado por la que la gente est\u00e1 dispuesta a pagar.<br \/>\nLo normal si eres un emprendedor o un startup es que no tengas ni tanto tiempo ni tanto dinero\u2026<br \/>\nEl concepto del Producto M\u00ednimo Viable viene de la metodolog\u00eda Lean Startup y seg\u00fan la definici\u00f3n de <a href=\"http:\/\/leanentrepreneur.co\/\">Brant Cooper<\/a> es:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cUn producto con el M\u00cdNIMO de CARACTER\u00cdSTICAS necesarias para lograr un objetivo espec\u00edfico y que los clientes est\u00e9n dispuestos a pagar de alguna forma con un recurso escaso.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2589 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.officemadrid.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/chart-coffee-cup-970204-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es \u00fatil trabajar el Producto M\u00ednimo Viable?<\/h2>\n<p>La misi\u00f3n principal para lanzar un producto de forma r\u00e1pida es convertir ideas en productos, medir como responden los consumidores y aprender cuando es necesario pivotar o continuar con su desarrollo.<br \/>\nSolemos caer en la tentaci\u00f3n de desarrollar el producto lo m\u00e1ximo posible, lo mejor posible, en planificar todo con absoluto detalle, y esto no es que est\u00e9 mal, pero conlleva necesariamente mucho tiempo e inversi\u00f3n, sin tener la seguridad de que nuestro producto responde a necesidades, funciona y lo m\u00e1s importante, va a ser comprado.<br \/>\nEs decir, podemos estar mucho tiempo trabajando sobre una idea nuestra, pero que en realidad s\u00f3lo es una \u201chip\u00f3tesis\u201d porque no est\u00e1 comprobado que funcione, y es muy posible que realmente estemos equivocados.<br \/>\nLo m\u00e1s recomendable es probar cuanto antes, que nuestra \u201chip\u00f3tesis\u201d sobre la necesidad del mercado es real y que nuestro producto est\u00e1 respondiendo a esas necesidades.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPivotar alrededor del Modelo de Negocio?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bfPero qu\u00e9 significa pivotar en este contexto?<br \/>\nNormalmente un PMV deber mantenerse continuamente en evoluci\u00f3n o adaptaci\u00f3n (a las necesidades del mercado, de los consumidores).<br \/>\nEs necesario realizar modificaciones, cambios, mejoras, en base a la informaci\u00f3n obtenida de nuestro PMV, hasta que encontremos el producto m\u00e1s adecuado.<br \/>\nEn base a esto tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edamos decir que un PMV es:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cAquella versi\u00f3n de un nuevo producto (o servicio) que permite al equipo recolectar la m\u00e1xima cantidad de\u00a0<\/em><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.startuplessonslearned.com\/2009\/04\/validated-learning-about-customers.html\"><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">conocimiento validado sobre los clientes<\/em><\/a><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"> con el m\u00ednimo esfuerzo&#8221;<\/em><br \/>\n<a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.startuplessonslearned.com\/\"><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">Eric Ries<\/em><\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Si te ha parecido interesante el art\u00edculo, Est\u00e1 basado en las principales\u00a0l\u00edneas<strong> de pensamiento <\/strong>sobre\u00a0<strong>formas \u00e1giles de emprender<\/strong>, que son\u00a0<strong>claves<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/gigaom.com\/2009\/08\/11\/the-promise-of-the-lean-startup\/\">Lean Startup<\/a>, de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.startuplessonslearned.com\/search\/label\/lean%20startup\">Eric Ries<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Agile Entrepeneurship<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/steveblank.com\/2009\/08\/31\/the-customer-development-manifesto-reasons-for-the-revolution-part-1\/\">Customer Development<\/a>, de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/steveblank.com\/\">Steve Blank<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esperemos que te sea \u00fatil si est\u00e1s pensando en desarrollar una idea y lanzarla al mercado.
