SALES, RETURNS AND CANCELATION POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, it is hereby stated that the company GESTIONA TRANSFORMACION, S.L., with tax identification number (C.I.F.)  B-85925931, with registered office at Avenida Brasil 29, 28020 Madrid, is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid.

1.- GENERAL CONDITIONS.

The user/customer will have access to the online payment service to pay for the services contracted on the website www.officemadrid.es.

Once payment has been made, they will receive a confirmation.

Online payments can be made by direct debit, bank transfer and PayPal.  Payments can be made quarterly, half-yearly or annually.

2.- RETURNS

The user has the right to return and cancel the contracted services prior to the service being actually delivered.  Once this has taken place, the cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the regulations in force, or if the service has not been actually been  provided.

A request for cancellation of services must be made in writing in advance by sending an email to info@officemadrid.es prior to the provision of the service contracted.  Cancellations requested by any other means will not be accepted.  The email must include all the relevant data such as name and surname, date and contact details.

Refunds will be made within 5 calendar days following the cancellation request, by electronic transfer to the person who made the cancellation.

3.- CANCELATION

GESTIONA TRANSFORMACION, S.L. reserves the right to postpone or cancel the requested service for reasons of force majeure or for being contrary to law.
