The user has the right to return and cancel the contracted services prior to the service being actually delivered.  Once this has taken place, the cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the regulations in force, or if the service has not been actually been  provided.

A request for cancellation of services must be made in writing in advance by sending an email to prior to the provision of the service contracted.  Cancellations requested by any other means will not be accepted.  The email must include all the relevant data such as name and surname, date and contact details.

Refunds will be made within 5 calendar days following the cancellation request, by electronic transfer to the person who made the cancellation.


GESTIONA TRANSFORMACION, S.L. reserves the right to postpone or cancel the requested service for reasons of force majeure or for being contrary to law.
