A virtual office is the solution for small businesses and professionals who are looking to project a professional image while minimising the costs that would be involved if they were to have a physical office.

Your address will be that of the center where you decide to sign up for the business address service which appears in the Annex to the contract you will sign with us and in the Allocation of Resources that we will send you.  Our centers are:

  • Nuevos Ministerios – Azca
  • Cuzco
  • Retiro-Atocha

You can sign up directly online following a few simple steps. If you need assistance you can contact us using the form and one of our agents will answer any questions you have and guide you through the process.

Yes, we only need the NAME REGISTRATION (REGISTRO DE NOMBRE) document issued to you at the MERCANTILE REGISTRY and the National ID Card (DNI) of the administrator.  We would also make a contract with the CIF pending delivery and a provisional invoice will be made for the payment until the CIF number is obtained.  If you do not have a registered name, you can make a contract in the name of a natural person and then change it to a company.

  • For European companies or citizens, we would need the registration of the company and the intra-Community VAT number in order not to charge VAT.
  • For foreign companies outside the EU, we need any document that provides evidence of its relationship with Spain.  You can always as us for advice on what to do depending on your situation. We will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Once you have signed up for the virtual secretary service, we will provide you with a unique telephone number and a telephone answering form where you can give us instructions on how to answer and manage your calls.

Yes, every call will be answered exactly like you tell us to in the form. You can specify things like what language to use, what kind of greeting, etc.

All packs specify the total number of calls that can be received and answered per month. Once you have succeeded this limit, every additional call will have a cost of 0.50€. In any case, one of us at OfficeMadrid will let you know when you are about to reach the limit of the number of calls to avoid surprises.

The cost to transfer calls included in the pack is included. At the start of each quarter you will receive a detailed report of calls: time, telephone number, duration of the call, etc.

Direct debit, bank transfer, PayPal. Payments can be made: monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually.

We can draw up your contract on the spot, either online or by phone, or by visiting our offices

The virtual office contracts are totally flexible. You can opt for a monthly, quarterly, half-year or yearly contract.

We don’t ask for any kind of deposit. Billing is done on a quarterly basis and in advance. If you would like to be billed monthly just let us know.
